In Her It Blooms
Is my body talking to me?
3:52

Sure! She’s talking to you all the time.  Sometimes she’s telling you things are great, keep it up.  Other times she’s like, “Chiiilll.  Chill. you wild for that”.  Still other times she’s like, “bishhhh you playing games—you gone learn today!”

The puffy under eyes, the cracks and coating on our tongue, the hangnails, waking up in the middle of the night to pee, the extra weight we suddenly put on and cant take off, the irregular bowel movement, the dry hair, the frayed nerves that have you tight every time you hear a loud noise, the anxiety or blasé feeling about life that you can’t seem to shake—are all information.  They are the pre-disease. The sign that you are in fact on the path to dis-ease--the kind that is diagnosable.   These small things are the explicit warning to take action.  But often we don’t make adjustments at this stage.  We live with it.  Isn’t everyone else?  Isn’t it normal?  It’s not that bad, right?

Common—sure.  But let's not normalize it.  This is your body telling you something is wrong.  It’s important to make adjustments at this stage.  If you ignore it, it will progress and manifest as something more severe in the future.  High blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, liver failure, thyroid issues, PCOS, fibroids, cysts, don’t just show up—you have to work for those.  And we work to manifest these diseases when we don’t listen to our body and we continue to commit these transgressions against our body.  But don’t worry—you didn’t know.  This isn’t about blame.  This is about tuning into the information that's available to us all in order to help make the small changes to get our bodies back into balance.

You already know that if you showed up at your doctor with most of these things, they would turn you away or give you something to make the symptoms go away.  But that’s a grave mistake.  The message your body was trying to give you is ignored, silenced and suppressed.  What's even worse is that your divine intuition has been quieted and overtime can become so quiet you can barely hear.  But the underlying issue is not resolved so the body has to find another way to make you address the imbalance.  Later on you have another health episode affecting another part of your body.  But is it unrelated?  Probably not, right?  But you see how easy it can be to miss this if we don’t know or if we are moving too quickly to take stock.

If you are feeling any of these things, or are just feeling off this is the time you want to address it.  You can learn what your body is trying to tell you.  You can be your own healer.  And instead of considering this alternative medicine, consider this first stop medicine so you won’t have to enter the medical industrial complex later.
