I definitely saw more definition in my body physically (abs were popppin'). I feel my body enjoyed the break. Emotionally I felt slowed down and more in tune with myself. Drinking lots of herbal teas was sort've my highlight and gave me time to tune in. Spiritually I felt grateful to give time to allow my body to replenish itself. I felt more present. Withholding everyday pleasures gave more opportunity for feel into gratitude.

This was SO accessible and I appreciate that SO much. It was simple enough for someone not necessarily familiar with Ayurveda, informative enough to understand what was expected and why, yet deep enough for those who may be more familiar with Ayurveda to take part in! It was also the perfect amount of time to feel like a cleanse, but short enough to not be overwhelmed!

The hardest part was realizing how much shadow work I really need to do. The cleanse may have been 5 days, but I am still in it. So the hardest part: the work that is unending. However, I am so glad I did this. It has completely changed my relationship with emotional eating.
